About

Adrian Bryan

Hey, welcome to my website. My name is Adrian Bryan and I believe in living a 10X Lifestyle every day. A short phrase that would describe who I am is:

“Man on a mission to having 10X Health, 10X Wealth, 10X Love, and 10X Happiness”

I believe all 4 of those things are essential to living an amazing lifestyle. And I designed this website to show my mission, vision, interests, skills and passions in life.

The word “Kaizen” which is a Japanese term for “continuous improvement” is also one that describes who I am.

I invite you to read more on my About page to learn more about who I am… then head on over to my Portfolio page to see my work experience.

I have a passion to do great things in life. And it is my goal to help as many people get what they want out of life… And by doing so I will also get what I want along the journey.

Ethics, Values, and Morals are key components of how I live my life. They are…

Integrity, Honesty, and Trust

This is #1 on my list for good reason. I believe these 3 personality traits govern and influence all other traits. A summary of my actions here are:

– Showing gratitude and giving praise where due
– Being authentic and truthful
– Putting myself in others shoes
– Avoiding gossip about others
– Keeping promises and finishing things I start
– Apologizing when I am wrong
– Keeping confidential information safe
– Caring about other persons needs

Boldness and Fun

Live, Love, Laugh!

I love having fun. I enjoy trying out new experiences and meeting new people. I am an introvert who enjoys making meaningful relationships with others.

Being bold to me means being confident and corageous. It means to take action even in times of anxiety. It means to have strong self awareness which I work on improving on a consistent basis.

Accountability

I have taken the Hexaco Personality Test and I score at 90% in Conscientiousness. This is a very high score that correlates with persons who have high accountability. A summary of my actions here are:

– Showing up early or on time (and if some life emergency happens, I will hold myself to let the other person (s) know)
– Just doing it: finishing things I start
– Only asking someone else to do something I would be willing to do myself
– Setting the right expectations

Passion & Purpose

I focus on projects that are PPP:

Profitable: I set an end goal to drive profits for my clients. And I have KPI’s in place to keep track of that growth.

Passionate: I seek to find pleasure in the work that I do. This helps me to remain more diligent and organized.

Purpose: The end goal needs to be a win-win situation. I strive to over deliver for my clients, customers, and myself. I also look go give back to society.

Humility

“Humble calf suck di most milk”

This is a popular Jamaican term I learnt from a very young age. This means a person with good humility will reap good rewards. A summary of my traits and actions that govern my behavior here are:

– Being gracious when accepting praise
– Giving praise to others where it is due
– Improving self awareness to make others comfortable in my presence
– Not boasting about my accomplishments

Kaizen

I believe continuous learning is the key to living an amazing lifestyle. A few of the things I currently do to follow the Kaizen rule are:

– Reading 12 books per year on health, wealth, love, and happiness
– The One Thing: I focus on developing one skill or habit at a time. At the very least I give myself 30 days to study and implement that one habit until it becomes repetitive
– Personal coaching: I hire coaches to help with my physical fitness, wealth management e.t.c.

Ownership

Accountability and Ownership are similar traits. However, the difference is I focus on:

– Pre-empt situations
– Be decisive
– Make strategic plans to fix problems fast
– Create SOP’s to enable problem solving
– Being ahead of the curve. I spend about 10% of my studying the mistakes of others so I avoid them myself. And also look into the future of a specific industry to spot future trends…that way I can capitalize and profit

Leadership

My favorite author on leadership is John Maxwell. And every year I read at least 2 of his books among other authors on leadership. In summary, here are a few of the leadership qualities I have spent time learning:

– Adding value by serving others
– Stand my ground and uphold the rules I want others to keep
– Asking others for feedback on my leadership skills
– Influencing others through my results
– Developing charisma and confidence to build connections with others
– Focus on small wins and creating momentum towards the larger goal

Innovation

Innovation is at the forefront of every business. It is the forefront of mankind. That’s how we have evolved from horses to cars. From bulky PC’s to smartphones. That’s how we have evolved everything from healthcare to housing. I believe in building the future by:

– Looking at history and learning from those success and failures
– Learn about upcoming trends and capitalizing on them
– And thinking about ways to innovate new things for the future to advance mankind. Even if all I do is contribute to my industries development and success, that would be a win for me.

Quality

“Over promise and over deliver”

That’s my mantra and I take pride in knowing my clients are 100% happy with the results of my products and services. I treat everyday like it’s day #1. A fresh start to give 100% of my time, energy and resources to provide 10X results for my clients and customers.

Teamwork

“No man is an island. No man stands alone!”

Is a quote from Dennis Brown’s song which I heard growing up. It is my belief that teamwork is very important in an organization. My favorite book on teamwork is “The 17 Essential Qualities Of A Team Player” by John C Maxwell.” Here are a few of the things I have implemented:

– Being teachable and pushing myself to learn more
– Be committed to excellence every day
– Let others know I am dependable through my words and actions
– Share experiences and bring good vibes to others

KPI’s

“If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it”

Is a quote by Peter Drucker and it is 100% accurate. I do keep track of a lot of things in my day to day life. A few of the things I track are:

– Fitness: What’s my workout routine? How is my diet? e.t.c.
– Savings & Investments: How much do I have? What is my potential ROI? e.t.c.
– Sales: How many follow up calls did I make? What is my closing rate last month vs this month? e.t.c.
– Relationships: Am I spending enough quality time with my friends, family, and girlfriend? What valuable things can I share with them? e.t.c.

Favourite Hobbies

Beach Trips

I absolutely love beach trips. When I was a boy, my Dad would take the entire family to the beach and we would catch fish and swim.

These days I love spontaneous beach trips all over Jamaica. I enjoy going to the beach and:

– Catching fish
– Riding the horses
– Having fried Parrot fish (my favorite) with festival and Pepsi
– Making sandcastles with my girlfriend
– Jet Ski racing
– Swimming and diving

Reading Novels

Most of the books I read these days are around the topics of: Health, Wealth, Love, and Happiness. However when I do find the time, I still read novels and stories. This year I will be reading the entire 13 book series:

“A Series Of Unfortunate Events” by Lemony Snicket.

Other book titles I enjoy reading are:

“Diary Of A Wimpy Kid”
“The Wooing Of Beppo Tate”
“My Father Sun-Sun Johnson”

Running & Nature Hikes

RUN! RUN! RUN!
Ah yes, one of my favorite hobbies. I usually go for runs in the early morning. I got my hand weights, body vest, water bottle, headphones with some nice music and I am off to my run.

On an average day I will run for 2 miles. Then I will stretch and come back home and work out in my home gym. I find this setup very convenient. I got my: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Yoga mat, Barbell, weighted vest, push up bars, abs belt ..and more

I always enjoy my workouts. And when I decide to go for hikes, I like to choose a nice hill where it is quiet. And I can camp out and just enjoy nature.

Watching Movies While Eating Fast Food

Phone call to the local restaurants… Ring Ring…”May I order”

Fried chicken 🍗
Large fries 🍟
Burgers with double cheese 🍔
Pepperoni and ham pizza 🍕
Black Forest Cake 🎂
Popcorn 🍿
Soda, Fruit Juice or Cran Water 🥤

Ahh! The food arrives and this is where I will sit back, and binge watch 2-3 movies back to back. My favorite movie genres are action, comedy, animation, romance, adventure, and thriller.

Playing Video Games

My favorite video games growing up, that I still play to this day are:

Zoo Empire
Marine Park Empire
Tekken
God Of War
Super Mario
Plants Vs Zombies
Shadow Fight
Sonic The Hedgehog
Angry Birds

Lol and there are many more…

Playing With “Garfield” My Cat & Feeding Animals At The Local Shelter

I have a nice orange and white cat named Garfield, he is currently 2+ years old. He looks similar to the cartoon “Garfield & Friends”, hence his name lol. I trained him to sit, shake my hand, roll over, dance, and more tricks.

Everyday I spend a few minutes playing with him and feeding his favorite Friskies delights. Me and my cat always have a great time playing around. He is even nice to friends and strangers who come by the house.

When I do have the time, I also like to visit the animal shelters and help take care of the other animals there.
